The Wonderful World by Cody
The Wonderful World

The world as I see it
It's so interesting to me
Though it's full of people
It's as great as can be
There are so many cultures, mixes and race
All living together  in this enormous space
There are various types of land
From deserts, mountains, valleys and plains
All scattered on earth and not bunched up in chains
The world as I see it
It's so interesting to me
It's a big giant sphere
With many wonders for me to see

WINTER CLOTHING

PICKING UP AND DROPPING OFF STUDENTS
This is a reminder to drive very carefully through the circle drive in front of Lincoln school and on Franklin Avenue.  The circle drive can be very dangerous, especially to little children.  When parking or waiting, please pull as close to one of the curbs as possible.  This allows other cars to drive between parked cars to get out.  It also helps if you keep pulling forward toward the south end of the drive when a vehicle in front of you leaves.  By continually pulling forward and hugging the curbs, more vehicles can pass through the drive in a shorter amount of time.  It also helps relieve the jam on Franklin and E streets.
